Kanop is seeking a talented individual with infinite curiosity to join our mission: measure the environmental benefits provided by nature-based projects around the world. Your role would be to support a small, yet dynamic and growing business development team with a variety of tasks across the organization.

• Start date: ASAP
• Location: Paris (Station F), in office or hybrid
• Internship duration: 6 months
• Preferably enrolled in a French degree program that requires an internship
• Hours: 35 hours

Responsibilities

• Support the CEO and Business Development Manager with a variety of projects and day to day activities
• Attend client, prospect, and partner meetings to learn about the business, take notes, give input on strategy
• Reach out and engage with prospective clients, answering questions and booking meetings for the CEO and Business Development Manager
• Maintain an up to date CRM (Customer Relationship Management software)

What we are looking for

• Master’s degree student in business or engineering school
• Ability to work in autonomy
• Previous experience in a challenging environment (fast-growing startup, top-tier consulting firm, investment banking)
• Highly organized
• Fluent English is mandatory (Spanish and Portuguese are optional but would give preference to the applicant)
• Passionate about sustainability and the environment
• Team spirit & great communication skills
